We are now half way into the year and builder Ganellen has been working hard on the construction of Newmarket’s Figtree Pocket. We are pleased to report that construction on site is progressing well and is on schedule.
Grandview
Timber flooring has now been fully installed, with Kitchen and Bathroom fit-outs progressing up the building.
Oakview
Joinery install is progressing well to Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms.
Carrington
Super structure has now been completed, and services rough-in is progressing up the building as well as plasterboard framing to lower levels.
Cambridge
Home structures have now topped out, which signifies completion of all building structures on the Newmarket development.
Parks & Children’s Playground
The iconic Sales Ring is transforming with steel modification works underway, and procurement of playground elements occurring off site.
Earthworks have also commenced on the new park and surrounding new street.
